He always did so willingly and many times he would have to cancel or delay attending his own personal activities.

His analysis of each home was thorough, (including sending pictures where it was useful), and he understood exactly what we wanted. His knowledge of homes and their construction was critical for us because we had anticipated needing to modify certain aspects of any home that we found.

He was able to put us in contact with people who could give us estimates as to what modifications might cost – thus helping us understand the true cost of the homes we were purchasing.

She never showed the house, didn’t answer or return phone calls in a timely manner, if at all, I could go on and on. It was just a terrible experience and was the main reason the contract fell through.

The day after the 1st contract fell through we called Steve to list our house. He came to our house the next day and 2 days later we had two contracts. The communication from Steve was 2nd to none. Not so with Steve Freeman. From the beginning, Steve listened to our requirements and helped us search for the perfect home. When we looked at a house Steve did not do the usual “This is the bedroom” showing as other agents always do in which they point out the obvious. When Steve shows a house, his extensive knowledge in home building is used to help a buyer understand the house he is viewing.
